Rotary Youth Leadership Award (RYLA) is an intensive week long training camp. The main goal is to develop lifelong leadership skills through teamwork, motivation, and communication. The camp can accommodate up to 200 students. The student must be a Junior in High School and must poses or have an interest in leadership and its role in society.

– Determine how many campers to sponsor.
– Complete the Camper Commitment Form.
– Request your supply of RYLA brochures.
– Send out recruitment letters and begin
promotional visits to high schools and
community youth organizations.
– Recruit potential adult volunteers.
